Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Bonfire Vanitees!

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners (Printify and The Print Bar). Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect color choices.

What we do cover:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, we will offer a reprint or full refund.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product (e.g. wrong design or item type due to our error).

Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue (and your order number). No need to return the item in most cases for Printify-processed orders.

How to Report an Issue:

Email us at [your email address] with your order number and photos.
We will review and work with our printing partner to resolve it (replacement or refund).

Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within a few hours of purchase, before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds (if approved):
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
